GS/JII-6500 flame heating and correcting machine tool is a kind of heating and correcting equipment on welding production line developed specially for the need of American steel bridges on the base of original cutter. It is mostly used to heat up steel plate that deforms after welding to make it recover original shape. As for thick steel plates, it uses double-spray gun that can be controlled respectively to correct, realizing cross shake and transverse distance adjustment. This special-purposed flame correcting equipment is also suitable for pre-heating before welding, shaping various metal materials, heat treatment and large-area heating. With reliable performance and high efficiency, it is associated equipment for welding production line.

LMZK4860/2 gantry mobile dual-head NC planar drill press is a kind of large-size NC drill press developed according to the requirement of Wuxi Jinlong Corrugated Pipe Factory. The primary part is flange plate. When drilling, two sets of power heads work at the same time, which not only guarantees precision, but also improves efficiency.
